We ship with Sendle. You will recieve the tracking details as soon as the order dispatched. You can always track your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse. A further 1-2 business days for metropolitan deliveries, and 2-4 days for regional deliveries.

We are proud of our designs and hope you have fun with every product we make. However, we understand that sometimes the products may not fit your need. We are happy to accept a return of your items within 7 days after you receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us through e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your return is accepted, we'll arrange the pick-up. The pick-up fee would be paid by the consumer and deducted from the refund.
Damage or spare parts
If the product is damaged when delivered, we will refund or exchange for the new products. In general, we would organize the return as a whole, except for some modularized products (ex. Cell ). For those products, we may have spare parts for repairing. We won't accept the refund if the product is damaged while or after assembling. Please provide us the pictures of unpacking as the proof of damaged products. Please send us an e-mail: email@example.com.
We love the pattern of nature so we wouldn't consider any wooden pattern or burrs as defect which would not be applicable for refund.
